Ecommerce Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart,Zepto, Blinkit, Myntra, and Nykaa.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, managing marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, and executing platform-specific growth strategies.Key Responsibilities● Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Myntra, and Nykaa seller platforms.● Create, optimize, and maintain product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and A+ content where applicable.● Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment planning, and coordination with supply chain teams.● Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, deals, and campaigns to drive sales and visibility.● Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior using marketplace dashboards and reports.● Manage pricing, discounting, and offer strategies to stay competitive while maintaining margins.● Coordinate with platform account managers for onboarding, category growth, and campaign participation.● Handle customer reviews, ratings, queries, and escalations to ensure high seller performance metrics.● Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, SLAs, and brand guidelines.● Track and improve KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and order fulfillment metrics.Required Skills & Qualifications● 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.● Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Nykaa Seller Portal, and quick-commerce platforms like Zepto & Blinkit.● Strong understanding of listing SEO, catalog management, and marketplace algorithms.● Experience in managing ads and promotions on marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).● Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.● Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance
