Senior Presales Consultant

Job Description: Senior Pre-Sales Consultant – Retail Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10–14 years (Min. 3 years in Retail Pre-Sales) Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Retail Pre-Sales Consultant with strong retail domain expertise, a solid application development & maintenance (ADM) background, and proven experience shaping solutions across Stores, Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain. The role partners with sales, delivery, and architecture teams to build compelling and practical solutions for large retail transformation and managed services deals. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end solutioning for RFPs/RFIs across retail portfolios. Build solutions covering application development, support/maintenance, modernization, and integrations. Conduct customer discovery sessions, demos, and orals. Prepare proposals, presentations, estimates, transition plans, and ADM service models. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping, SLAs, and feasibility. Present Aspire’s capabilities and value proposition in customer meetings. Required Skills:10+ years in Retail domain, including work in Stores, Merch, Planning, or Supply Chain. Application development background (/APIs/microservices) and strong understanding of ADM/AMS operating models. 3+ years in Pre-Sales, responding to large ADM, AMS, and transformation RFPs. Experience with retail platforms like Oracle Retail, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SFCC, or similar. Ability to create cost models, staffing plans, SLAs, and estimation structures. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Engineering/Computer Science degree. Exposure to global retail clients.
