Key Responsibilities Product Promotion: Informing healthcare professionals about new and existing products, including their, benefits, and scientific data. Sales & Relationship Management: Achieving sales targets by building trust, maintaining and building new client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Market Intelligence: Gathering and relaying valuable market feedback, competitor activity, and customer needs to the company. Networking & Education: Participating in medical conferences and workshops to promote products, network with professionals, and stay updated on industry trends. Documentation & Reporting: Keeping detailed records of visits, sales, and customer interactions, and reporting them to management. Compliance: Adhering to ethical standards and industry regulations in all interactions and activities. Key Skills & Qualifications Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively present information and negotiate. Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, dieticians and other healthcare providers. Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of medical products, treatments, and scientific data related to their company's offerings. Organizational & Time Management Skills: Efficiently managing schedules, planning meetings, and prioritising tasks in a dynamic environment. Negotiation Skills: Persuading healthcare professionals to use their products and negotiating sales agreements. Technical Skills: Proficiency with any technical equipment or software used in the role. Education: Bachelor's degree in biology, pharmacy, nursing, life sciences, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in handling nutraceutical supplements, Internal medicine, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, and Dermatology
