Grow with Spinco We are seeking experienced professionals to join Spinco’s Pharmaceutical Process Technology & PAT growth engine. In this role, you will drive the adoption of advanced solutions in either Lyophilization/ Homogenization/ Filtration & Drying systems /Headspace Analysis /Crystallization /Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT), empowering pharma and biopharma customers to achieve excellence in production and packaging integrity. Positions are open in Hyderabad, Vizag, Ahmedabad, Delhi, and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge and proven sales experience in pharmaceutical process or inspection solutions. Hands-on experience with these technologies will be considered a significant advantage. Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve commercial goals in the PT & PAT portfolio. • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with pharma, biopharma, and chemical industries . • Prospect, forecast, and drive opportunities to successful closure, ensuring accuracy in pipelines and sales projections. • Utilize CRM tools effectively to track leads, manage customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups. • Manage key accounts, drive long-term business relationships, and oversee project execution • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout project cycles. • Travel extensively to meet with clients, prospects, and stakeholders across R&D, QA, Validation, and Production. • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept trials. • Collaborate with marketing team for seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns. • Collaborate with global principals and technical experts for seamless project implementation • Stay updated on industry regulations and trends (GMP, Annex 1, USP ) and align with customer needs. • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics. Qualifications • BE in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or ECE, OR Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Physics, Instrumentation) or allied sciences. • 3-6 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical process equipment, packaging integrity , or analytical inspection solutions. • Strong understanding in one or more of technologies such as Lyophilization, Homogenization, ANFD systems, Headspace Analysis, or CCIT. • Familiarity with regulatory and validation requirements in pharma (GMP, Annex 1, USP , IQ/OQ/PQ). • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in capital equipment or technical solution sales. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from shop floor to C-suite. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. • CRM proficiency and disciplined in pipeline/forecast reporting. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
