Job Title: Sales Executive – CoKarma Coworking Spaces Location: Hyderabad Working Hours: Wednesday – Monday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Job Overview: As a Sales Executive at CoKarma, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and ensuring clients find the most suitable workspace solutions. You will manage the entire sales process—from being the first point of contact to handing over detailed client requirements to the sales team—while ensuring a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses. Qualify leads based on workspace needs, location, budget, and timeline. Categorize leads by their interest level and readiness to sign up. Consultative Selling: Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs (over the phone or in person). Recommend coworking plans and services tailored to their requirements. Demonstrate how CoKarma spaces can add value to their business. Customization and Proposal Development: Develop personalized proposals aligned with client requirements. Present membership options, including hot desks, dedicated desks, private cabins, and meeting rooms. Provide clear and detailed pricing information. Follow-Up and Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication to keep potential clients engaged. Answer follow-up questions and provide additional information. Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects. Closing and Onboarding: Motivate clients to sign up for memberships. Coordinate with relevant teams to complete paperwork and ensure a smooth onboarding process. CRM and Data Management: Record all interactions and updates in the CRM system. Track lead status, preferences, and follow-up actions. Use data insights to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates. Collect feedback from leads and members to enhance sales processes and offerings. Collaboration with Teams: Work with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns. Coordinate with operations to ensure space availability and service quality. Align with community managers on engagement initiatives. Client Visits & Space Tours: Facilitate in-person or virtual client visits to showcase CoKarma spaces. Ensure a seamless and professional client experience during tours. Qualifications: 6 months – 2 years of proven sales experience (preferably in coworking spaces, commercial real estate, or hospitality). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple leads and clients efficiently. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
