Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Handle telecalling toqualify leads for residential/commercial real estate. Engage with prospective clients, explain project details, and schedule site visits . Coordinate and conduct project walk-throughs for clients at the site. Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure lead conversion and support sales closures. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve pre-sales targets. Maintain lead database (CRM) with accuracy and update client interaction records. Provide market insights and customer feedback to the management team. Requirements- 1–3 years of real estate or construction industry experience in a customer-facing/pre-sales role. Strong communication and persuasion skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred). Proficiency in telecalling, client engagement, and site visit coordination . Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
