We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive with experience in hospitality/hotel sales to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new business from corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to generate hotel room and banquet sales. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and loyalty. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Conduct sales calls, client visits, and property walkthroughs. Negotiate rates, packages, and contracts in line with ASBL’s policies. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Represent ASBL at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for review. Skills & Competencies 1–3 years of proven experience in hotel/hospitality sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events. Preferred Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Administration. Experience in corporate, banquet, or travel trade sales will be an advantage. Good understanding of the local market and hospitality trends.
