The ideal candidate must possess an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market and demonstrate strong skills in negotiation, deal closure, and client communication . Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for premium high-rise residential projects across Hyderabad. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs with potential buyers and investors. Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and client meetings to final closure. Leverage market insights to pitch the right product mix to the right clientele. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Maintain a strong CRM pipeline and update client interactions regularly. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and campaign execution. Key Skills Required: Proven track record in closing high-value residential deals . Deep understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market and buyer psyche. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills . Excellent communication and presentation abilities . Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and sales data to drive performance. Ability to work independently and meet targets within timelines. Preferred Candidate Profile: 4–6 years of experience in residential high-rise sales in Hyderabad. Local market knowledge and network of HNIs, brokers, and institutional buyers is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
