Looking for an experienced luxury retail professional to manage a premium Hyderabad. Role includes store operations, sales & KPI ownership, high‑end clienteling, CRM, team leadership and brand‑led customer experiences.Ideal Candidate – Qualifications8–10 years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, with strong exposure to store or boutique managementProven track record of managing high‑value retail environments, including sales growth, KPI ownership, and operational excellenceHands‑on experience in luxury clienteling, CRM‑led engagement, and delivering personalised, high‑touch customer experiencesStrong understanding of premium brand standards, visual merchandising, and in‑store brand storytellingExperience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including marketing, retail operations, CRM, and external partnersCommercially astute with the ability to analyse sales data, forecast performance, and drive corrective action plansExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsPolished, confident, and well‑groomed professional with strong customer‑facing presenceComfortable working in a brand‑led, SOP‑driven luxury environment
