We’re Hiring: Training Associate / Sr. Associate – RetailLocations: HYDDepartment: Training & DevelopmentReports To: Training Manager / L&D HeadAre you passionate about developing people and driving performance through impactful learning?Join our Training & Development team and help shape the growth journey of our retail staff!Key Responsibilities:Training & Facilitation: Deliver engaging training sessions for retail teams on customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.Content Design: Assist in creating impactful training modules, presentations, and e-learning materials.Onboarding: Lead onboarding programs to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles.Performance Coaching: Assess skill gaps, provide coaching, and deliver refresher sessions to boost performance.Training Evaluation: Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and prepare reports to measure business impact.Collaboration: Partner with HR and Operations to schedule programs, ensuring minimal disruption to store activities.What We’re Looking For:✅ Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)✅ 2–5 years of experience in training, coaching, or retail operations✅ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills✅ Passion for engaging and motivating retail teams✅ Familiarity with retail operations, POS systems, and customer service best practices✅ Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
