Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Residential Real Estate Collections based in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing the collections process for real estate residential properties, by planning, monitoring and managing receivables. The Head of Residential Real Estate Collections will collaborate with teams across CRM, Banking, finance, engineering, and sales to plan and ensure sufficient receivables, collections, handle agreements, Handle out n Out CRM process.Qualifications• Familiarity with Residential Real Estate business trends and practices. • Good Understanding and Hands on experience in Residential Real Estate operations, practices, and market dynamics. • Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. • Ability to analyze data, prepare financial reports, and strategize collection efforts. • Expertise in Banking & Finance, experience with financial management related to real estate operations • Strong knowledge of Property Management and Facility Management (FM) • Good experience of managing Property registrations and Handingover. • 12+years of experience in a similar leadership role within the Residential Real estate sector • Residential Real estate CRM experience is mandate • Candidates from Hyderbad / Hyderabad market experience is preferred
