Urgent Requirement - Experienced Fundraiser -Full time/ConsultantAhimsa Alliance is on the lookout for experienced Fundraisers to enhance our resource mobilization efforts. We are a mission-driven organization based in Hyderabad, dedicated to compassion, non-violence, ethical living, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement fundraising strategies aligned with our mission.- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with individual donors, CSR partners, foundations, and grant agencies.- Lead fundraising campaigns, donor events, and partnership initiatives.- Prepare compelling proposals, pitch decks, grant applications, and donor reports.- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and ethical fundraising standards.- Maintain accurate donor records and track fundraising performance.- Collaborate closely with program and communications teams to align impact stories with funding needs.- Explore innovative and digital fundraising opportunities.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or a related field.- 3–7 years of proven fundraising experience in the NGO/non-profit sector.- Strong network of donors, corporates, foundations, or philanthropists.- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed fundraising targets.- Excellent proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.- Knowledge of CSR frameworks, grants, and donor compliance.- High integrity and alignment with Ahimsa principles.Skills:- Relationship-building and stakeholder management.- Strategic and result-oriented mindset.- Ethical, transparent, and accountable approach.- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.- Passion for compassion-led and sustainability-focused causes.What We Offer:- Competitive and experience-based compensation.- Opportunity to work with a purpose-driven and ethical organization.- Flexible work options (where applicable).- Supportive and collaborative work culture.- Opportunity to contribute to meaningful social change.If interested, please share your updated CV to
