Your core responsibility will be to increase repeat purchase rate, LTV, and customer engagement using lifecycle marketing channels like WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and CRM automation.This is a hands-on role where you'll be building flows, launching campaigns, analyzing cohorts, and continuously improving retention metrics.Key Responsibilities-Lifecycle & Retention MarketingOwn and scale customer retention & repeat purchase programsDesign and execute end-to-end lifecycle journeys across:WhatsAppEmailSMSImprove key metrics:Repeat purchase rateCustomer LTRevenue from retention channelsWhatsApp Marketing (Core Focus)Build and manage WhatsApp automation flows:Welcome seriesAbandoned browse/cart/checkoutPost-purchase journeysReorder & replenishment nudgesRun broadcast campaigns with proper segmentationOptimize copy, timing, frequency & CTA for higher conversionsCRM, Data & Cohort AnalysisWork closely with CRM data to:Segment users based on behavior, purchase frequency & lifecycle stagePerform cohort analysis to identify drop-offs and opportunitiesTrack and report:Repeat rateEngagement metricsCampaign-level revenue contributionIdeal CandidateStrong D2C Retention Marketing / CRM Marketing Profiles.Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in D2C Retention Marketing, managing customer engagement and repeat purchase strategies for D2C or E-commerce brandsMandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience in designing and executing end-to-end lifecycle journeys across channels like WhatsApp, Email, and SMS, including flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement campaignsMandatory (Experience 3): Strong hands-on expertise in WhatsApp Marketing & Automation (core focus), including building chatbot flows, broadcast campaigns, segmentation strategies, and optimizing messaging for higher conversion ratesMandatory (Experience 4): Deep understanding of key retention metrics such as Repeat Purchase Rate, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), retention revenue, and engagement metrics, with the ability to improve these through structured lifecycle programsMandatory (Experience 5): Strong experience in CRM data handling, including user segmentation based on behavior, lifecycle stages, and purchase patterns, along with cohort analysis to identify drop-offs and growth opportunitiesMandatory (Experience 6): Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing and automation tools such as Klaviyo (Email & SMS), CleverTap / WebEngage, WhatsApp automation tools, and CRM platformsMandatory (Experience 7): Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize automated workflows and retention systems that are scalable, conversion-focused, and data-drivenMandatory (Domain): Must have prior experience working with D2C / E-commerce / Consumer brands (in-house preferred over agency-only experience)Perks, Benefits and Work CultureA highly collaborative, innovative, and growth-driven cultureOpportunity to lead design thinking for new product launchesCompetitive salary
