Paid Media ExecutionBuild, manage, and optimize campaigns across:Meta AdsGoogle AdsYouTube AdsLinkedIn Ads when requiredYou should be able to structure campaigns across funnel stages:Cold audience campaignsWarm audience campaignsRetargeting campaignsYou will also work closely on creative direction, copy angles, and offer testing.3. Funnel and Conversion ThinkingAnalyze landing pages and conversion flowsIdentify drop-off pointsImprove lead quality, not just lead volumeSuggest changes that improve campaign performanceConnect ad strategy with website and landing page performance4. Performance Optimization and ScalingTrack CPA, ROAS, conversion quality, and campaign efficiencyRun consistent testing across creatives, audiences, angles, and offersScale campaigns that show profitable performanceStop or restructure campaigns that are not working5.
