Role Description Conflkt Magazine is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager/Operation Head based in Hyderabad. In this on-site role, you will manage the magazine's social media platforms, develop and execute social media strategies, optimize content for maximum visibility, and ensure the publication's voice resonates with its audience. Responsibilities also include crafting engaging posts, monitoring analytics, coordinating with content creators, and overseeing day-to-day operations to enhance publication performance and audience engagement. Qualifications Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance audience reach and engagementStrong Communication and flawless Writing skills for crafting compelling and creative contentExperience in developing and executing impactful Content StrategyExcellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to oversee operations and team coordinationStrong familiarity with social media platforms and analytics toolsAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic and creative environmentExperience in a publishing or media-related field is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
