Negotiate collaborations, barter deals, and paid campaigns based on performance metrics. Coordinate product seeding and ensure timely delivery and campaign execution. Brief influencers on campaign objectives, messaging, and product USPs. Monitor, track, and analyze influencer performance and content quality. Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and content partners. Leverage influencer-generated content across other marketing channels (ads, website, social). Edit and repurpose influencer videos for reels, ads, YouTube Shorts, and other formats. Ensure content aligns with brand aesthetics, skincare messaging, and current trends. Stay updated with industry trends, creator landscape, and competitors’ influencer strategies.
