Role: Brand Manager – FMCG (Healthy Snacks)About UsWe are building a premium consumer brand in the healthy snacking space, focused on delivering better-for-youproducts across direct-to-consumer, quick commerce, and modern retail channels.This is a 0 → 1 role, where you will play a key part in shaping the brand from the ground up.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Brand Manager who can own brand strategy, product thinking, and packaging direction — not just marketing execution.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy- Define brand positioning, target audience, and messaging - Build a strong and differentiated brand identity - Develop brand story and communication toneProduct & Packaging- Drive packaging direction and visual identity across formats - Define SKU strategy (sizes, variants, pricing) - Ensure strong shelf visibility and differentiationGo-to-Market Alignment- Align brand across D2C, quick commerce, and retail channels - Support product listings and visual presence across platforms - Ensure consistency across all brand touchpointsConsumer Understanding- Identify key consumption occasions and user segments - Continuously refine product-market fitWho You Are- 3–8 years of experience in FMCG / D2C consumer brands - Experience in food, snacks, or consumer products preferred - Strong mix of creative thinking and commercial understanding - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environmentWhat This Role Is NOT- Not a social media / performance marketing role - Not a pure design role - Not an agency coordination roleLocationIndia (Remote + Hyderabad preferred)How to ApplySend your application to: eti.careers@
