Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth across our D2C brands through performance marketing, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels. The role requires strong execution, ownership of revenue metrics, and a data-driven approach to scaling campaigns and optimizing customer journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Amazon Ads, and Amazon DSPManage and scale marketplaces including Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Nykaa, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)Build and optimize full-funnel strategies, including audience cohorts, retargeting, and conversion-focused landing pagesImplement and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Google Tag ManagerWork with tools such as CM360, DV360, GA4 for campaign execution and performance trackingExecute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical), keyword research, and SERP analysis using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search ConsoleManage social media campaigns, creatives (formats/sizes), and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)Run email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns and build automation flows for retentionMonitor performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, ROI, and conversions, and prepare MIS reports and dashboardsEnsure consistent brand messaging across all digital platformsRequirements4–6 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or performance marketingStrong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and PPC campaign managementExperience with Amazon DSP, CM360, DV360 preferredWorking knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, Tag Manager, and CMS platforms (Shopify/WordPress)Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and performance marketing funnelsMust have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central; experience with tools like Helium10 is a plusFamiliarity with social media management tools and digital creativesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related fieldHow to Apply?You can apply on LinkedIn or send your CV to .
