D2C Google ads Manager

We are looking for a Google Ads Manager with a strong D2C e-commerce background to own and scale the Google Ads channel for our global e-commerce business. This role requires deep expertise in Google Shopping Ads, Performance Max (P-Max), Google Merchant Center, and GA4, with a strong focus on driving website revenue and profitable customer acquisition.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling paid acquisition for D2C brands, strong analytical capabilities, and experience leading and mentoring a team. This role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic ownership of the paid search channel, ensuring consistent revenue growth through data-driven optimization and experimentation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the Google Ads channel for the D2C e-commerce business, driving website revenue and customer acquisition.Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Shopping, Performance Max, Search, and Display.Manage and optimize product feeds and listings through Google Merchant Center to ensure strong campaign performance.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, ensuring accurate tracking and insights.Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and overall revenue contribution.Identify and execute testing opportunities across creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to scale performance.Collaborate with creative, SEO, analytics, and content teams to align paid campaigns with broader marketing goals.Prepare and present performance insights and growth recommendations to leadership.Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring high standards of campaign execution and performance optimization.Qualification8–12 years of experience in Google Ads / Performance Marketing, with strong hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing large-scale paid search campaigns.Minimum 5 years of experience working with D2C e-commerce businesses, with a proven track record of scaling website revenue through Google Ads.At least 2 years of people management experience, including mentoring, guiding, and managing performance marketing teams.Strong hands-on expertise in Google Shopping Ads, Performance Max (P-Max), Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Demonstrated ability to scale paid acquisition while maintaining strong ROAS, CPA efficiency, and overall revenue growth.Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV, and conversion rate optimization.Experience working with international markets such as the UK, EU, and US will be an added advantage.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into growth strategies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.About usJoin Comfort Click, a premier e-commerce multinational specializing in branded nutraceuticals, vitamins, minerals, and healthcare products for humans and pets.
