Learn more about ADP's commitment on our YouTube channel: YOU'LL DO:Here's what you can expect on a typical day: Platform Delivery & Ownership:Own delivery, performance, reliability and scalability of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DataCloud and other Martech platforms and integrations.Oversee management and governance of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, and harmonization workflows.Support marketing automation platforms including Eloqua and WorkfrontSupport Ad Tech Platforms including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Integration to Paid Media Platforms like Facebook, Linkedin, CM360 and Google Marketing PlatformSupport data integration platforms including Databricks and SnaplogicLeadership & Team Management:Act as primary point of contact for business interactions, issue resolution, and roadmap execution.Lead and manage the India-based Martech and AdTech teams - Set clear direction, provide hands-on mentorship, and create a high-performance culture focused on ownership and accountability.Develop team members into subject matter experts capable of independently delivering solutions and engaging with global stakeholdersFoster professional growth through skill development, cross-training, and exposure to business use cases.Stakeholder Management & Delivery:Act as primary point of contact for business interactions, issue resolution, and roadmap executionCollaborate with global marketing tech and business teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsOversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, QA, and timely delivery across multiple projectsDrive platform governance, data security, and documentation standardsSupport use case development and activation strategies using Data Cloud insightsTrack delivery metrics, identify risks, and ensure continuous improvement across teamsYOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN:Deliver at epic scale. Support our associates in times of need through ADP's Philanthropic Foundation.Join a company committed to equality and equity.Our goal is to impact lasting change through our actions.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:10+ years in marketing technology roles, with atleast 2+ years in delivery or people leadership.Salesforce Marketing Cloud:Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (automation, data, API, platform architecture), Deep expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and AMPscript/SSJSSalesforce Data Cloud: Strong understanding of data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation workflows. Support use case development and activation strategies using Data Cloud insightsMarketign Automation: Hands-on experience with platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, or similar enterprise toolsAPIs & Integration: Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware platformsAdTech Stack: Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), CM360, and paid media platform integrations (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)Proven ability to lead technical solutioning and manage cross-functional deliveryStrong stakeholder management and communication across time zonesAbility to build high-performing, accountable teams with ownership mindsetStrong Agile/Scrum methodology experience (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:Salesforce Marketing Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Marketing Cloud DeveloperGoogle Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) / Google Analytics 4 CertificationSalesforce Data Cloud ConsultantCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) / PMI-ACPWhat are you waiting for?
