We are a fast-growing, in-house manufactured brand scaling across D2C and marketplaces with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and customer delight.LocationHyderabad (On-site)ExperienceMinimum 1 year CTC₹3.5 to ₹4.0 LPARole SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on Marketing Associate to work closely with the Marketing Manager and support execution across marketing operations, marketplaces, retention, and D2C growth.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute day-to-day marketing tasks with the Marketing Manager across D2C and marketplaces.Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, briefs, approvals, and execution documentation.Coordinate creatives and content for launches, offers, ads, website updates, and retention.Manage marketplace catalogue hygiene, listing optimisation, pricing, offers, and visibility updates.Coordinate with marketplace teams to resolve tickets, compliance issues, and operational blockers.Track marketplace performance (sales, conversion, ROAS, returns, stock) and share insights.Run retention campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, and SMS including post purchase and win-back flows.Support segmentation and customer communication planning to improve repeat and LTV.Assist Shopify updates across banners, landing pages, product pages, and merchandising.Ensure UTM, links, and tracking hygiene for clean reporting across channels.Prepare weekly and monthly reports with learnings, trends, and action items.Coordinate with design, ops, customer support, finance, and agencies for smooth execution.Improve processes by identifying gaps and building repeatable execution workflows.RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in D2C, e-commerce marketing, or marketplace operations.Strong execution skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.Good to HaveExposure to Shopify, Meta Ads, GA4, Amazon Ads, Klaviyo, MoEngage, or similar tools.Experience working in a fast-paced consumer brand environment.How to ApplyEmail your updated resume to with the subject line Marketing Associate Application
