CompanyA well established manufacturing company with 2 decades of presence involved in the manufacturing of automatic bottle filling and packaging machines.Packaging Machinery / Industrial Automation / Capital EquipmentExperience2 years in B2B sales (Packaging Machinery preferred)/Freshers may also applyJob SumaryThe Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development of packaging machinery across the assigned territory. The role involves managing key accounts, developing new customers, working closely with dealers/channel partners, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfactionKey ResponsiblitiesSales & Business DevlopmentAchieve sales targets for bottle filling and packaging mchineryIdentify and develop new customers in FMCG, food & beverage, pharma, dairy, chemicals, andrelated industries.Generate leads through market visits, exhibitions, references, and chanel partners.Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate pricng and terms.Conduct customer visits.Ensure effective coverage and mrket penetration.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with key decision-makers (owners, plant heads procurement teams).Coordinate with service and application teams for machine installation, commissioning, ad after-sales support.Handle customer escalations and esure timely resolution.MarketIntelligence & ReportingMonitor competitor activities, pricing trends,and new product launches.Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, andMIS reports to management.Share market feedback to supportproduct development and improvement.Key RequirementsEducatonAny diploma/degre/BBA/MBAExperience & SkillsProven experience in selling packaging machinry or industrial capital equipmentStrong understanding of packagingprocesses and customer applicationsExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to travel extnsively within the assigned territory Poficiencyin MS ffice and CRMtoolsKey CompetenciesResult-orieted and self-drivenStrong customer focusStratgic thinkingand marketdevelopment abilityTeam colloboration and cross-functional coordination
