Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Marketing Intern to join our growing team and contribute to the clinic’s digital presence and creative storytelling. The role, potentially convertible to a fulltime job, involves managing social media platforms, creating impactful campaigns, and producing engaging videos that reflect Manaha’s holistic vision of mental wellness.This is an opportunity to work closely with the core team, understand healthcare marketing in depth, and build a strong portfolio in digital strategy, branding, and content creation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow Manaha’s social media presence across Instagram, Google, X (Twitter), and other platforms.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns — awareness posts, seasonal initiatives, and wellness storytelling.Capture and edit daily short-form videos within the clinic — covering ambience, awareness tips, therapy themes, and team activities.Develop weekly content calendars and coordinate with clinical teams for authentic and sensitive messaging.Assist at front desk with patient satisfaction handling, online reputation management — updating Google My Business, responding to reviews, and improving visibility.Reach out to partner organizations nearer to the clinic to support with mental health initiatives. Support occasional events, collaborations, and campaigns at the clinic.RequirementsPassion for mental health, wellness, and creative communication.Strong understanding of social media marketing trends and analytics.Basic to intermediate skills in video editing and content design (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe tools).Excellent writing and visual storytelling ability.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a clinical environment.Preferred SkillsExperience managing or growing social media pages.Basic understanding of SEO and paid ad promotions.Interest in healthcare or community outreach campaigns.Stipend10k per month stipendFulltime offer of 3LPA at the end of the successful internship completionAbout Manaha ClinicManaha is a tech-backed holistic mind and neuro centre founded by Dr. Jyothirmayi Kotipalli, a UK- and India-licensed Psychiatrist.
