Job Description:
The Head of Marketing will lead and elevate the hospital group’s marketing, branding, communications, digital initiatives, corporate partnerships, and community engagement. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with deep healthcare marketing experience who can drive brand visibility, patient acquisition, revenue growth, and meaningful outreach across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Marketing LeadershipDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, service line priorities, and patient engagement objectives.Define short-term and long-term marketing goals and KPIs, ensuring measurable impact.Coordinate national and unit-level brand initiatives for consistency and growth.2. Brand Management & PositioningStrengthen the hospital’s brand image as a trusted leader in healthcare services.Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all touchpoints – online, offline, and external communications.3. Digital & Integrated MarketingOwn digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and online campaigns.Monitor digital trends, patient behavior insights, and competitive activity to optimize campaign performance.4. Public Relations & CommunicationsLead PR and media engagement to enhance brand visibility and reputation.Develop communication plans for internal audiences, stakeholders, and external communities.5. Market Research & AnalyticsConduct ongoing market analysis, competitor tracking, and patient/consumer research to inform marketing plans.Use insights to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness and return on marketing investment (ROMI).6. Business Development & Strategic PartnershipsIdentify and cultivate key partnerships with corporates, TPAs, insurers, and referral networks.Collaborate with sales, business development, and clinical teams to support cross-functional growth objectives.7. Team Leadership & Talent DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.Promote a performance-driven culture with clear objectives, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.8. Events & OutreachPlan and execute marketing events, health awareness programs, seminars, and community initiatives to boost engagement and patient loyalty.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.Experience:10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital marketing.Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of building and executing impactful marketing strategies.Skills & Competencies:Strategic planning and business acumenDigital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, social media, analytics)Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision makingTeam leadership and stakeholder management
