The role offers hands-on exposure to strategy, creative content development, and digital marketing execution.You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead to conceptualize and execute campaigns that build awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns (social media, email, and digital). - Create and curate content for blogs, posts, newsletters, and marketing materials. - Assist in marketing automation and analytics tracking. - Coordinate with Traineeal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities. - Research trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support campaign strategy.Desired Skills & Qualifications:- MBA student (final semester) or recent graduate specializing in Marketing / Communications / Business Management. - Strong interest in marketing strategy, content creation, and digital marketing tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Exposure to tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms will be an advantage. - Prior Traineeships or self-initiated projects in marketing/entrepreneurship are preferred.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on live marketing projects. - Mentorship in brand, campaign, and automation strategy. - Dynamic work environment with potential for a full-time role based on performance.Interested candidates are requested to share resumes on hr@
