Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media across Google, Meta, YouTube & SEO. Aim: maximize ROI, improve lead quality & drive patient footfall across all 14 centers. Key Responsibilities Plan, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) for maximum ROI. Track daily spends, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates – take corrective actions quickly. Ensure accurate conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Pixel, and UTM tagging. Drive A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and landing pages. Review lead quality and coordinate with CRM to improve appointment conversion. Manage the agency relationship with weekly performance reviews and clear KPIs. Oversee SEO efforts to rank for key specialties and geographies. Deliver weekly & monthly performance dashboards to leadership Requirements 5–7 years in performance marketing , ideally in healthcare, wellness, or service industry. Proven experience managing budgets of ₹40 lakhs/month+. Analytical mindset – data over opinion . Excellent coordination & communication skills. Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA, GTM Analytical, ROI-focused, strong communicator Why Join Us?
