Programme Overview This 3-month traineeship offers hands-on exposure in a high-performing digital agency environment. Trainees will support senior performance marketers with campaign execution, audience research, performance analysis and reporting. High performers will be considered for a full-time Junior Associate – Performance Marketing role. What You’ll Do Assist in setting up and managing advertising campaigns across platforms like AdWords, Meta, and LinkedIn. Conduct in-depth research on relevant keywords and target audiences. Analyze competitor campaigns and identify key trends and strategies. Create presentations and reports summarizing campaign results and insights. Collect and analyze data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Assist with other tasks assigned by the senior performance marketers.
