This role involves 24x7 production monitoring, application support, incident handling, and ensuring stability of production systems.ResponsibilitiesThe role focuses on L1 level monitoring and support for our production applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should2+ years of experience in Production Support & IT Operations management in the Payments/Banking industry.Have hands-on-experience in providing 1st level monitoring and engineering support.Have strong experience in working on Linux based production environment.Be familiar with basic networking tools like Nagios, Jenkins etc.Knowledge of transaction & system monitoring, downtime analysis, Report generation, Ticket closures. Coordinate with internal and external teams.Have a basic understanding of scripting languages like Shell, Python and Bash.
