We’re hiring a HEAD CHEF(a.k.a. Head of Post-Production) (We call our post-production kitchen, because that’s where we cook) Location: Hyderabad (not negotiable ) Alright, here's the thing. What we’re looking for:You’ve led post-production teams before. Big ones. High pressure. Fast turnaround. You’ve got amad taste in films- from social content to 30-sec ads to long-format. You love usingAI toolsand automations to save time and scale quality. You know what makes creative people tick - and you can manage them with clarity + empathy. You’ve been around the block inadvertising, branded content, maybe even OTT or features. Bonus if you’re adirectortoo. Massive bonus.What you’ll do:Build and lead the entire post-production team at a-tom.
