This leader will spearhead development of transformative AI and Gen AI solutions, manage a large multi-disciplinary engineering team, and collaborate directly with clients to co-create rapid prototypes and production-grade solutions. This is ahigh-impact leadership rolefor a dynamic individual with proven success in building large AI teams, delivering sophisticated Gen AI applications, and thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.Key Responsibilities Build & Scale the AI Factory : Establish a world-class AI engineering organization capable of executing multiple internal and client projects simultaneously. Innovative Solution Development : Drive the design and deployment of cutting-edge Gen AI solutions for complex business challenges across industries. Rapid Prototyping : Lead teams to deliver functional proof-of-concepts (POCs) in3–5 daysto demonstrate transformational potential to clients. Client Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for AI-driven transformation, and articulating clear value propositions. Team Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. Delivery Excellence : Oversee full lifecycle delivery of AI initiatives from ideation through production, ensuring scalability, security, and measurable business impact. Collaboration & Partnerships : Work closely with internal business leaders, product teams, and external partners to accelerate AI adoption. Thought Leadership : Represent US Tech Solutions at industry forums, positioning the company as a leader in Gen AI-powered talent and HR Tech innovation.Qualifications & Experience Proven leadershipin building and scaling large AI/ML engineering teams. 15+ yearsin technology leadership roles, with at least5 years in AI/ML and Gen AIsolution development. Demonstrated success deliveringsophisticated Gen AI solutions(e.g., LLM applications, multi-modal AI, conversational AI, enterprise automation). Experience designing and deployingenterprise-grade AI platformsin cloud and hybrid environments. Strongclient-facing skillswith ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling business solutions. Track record of deliveringrapid POCsand transitioning them into production-ready solutions. Deep knowledge of modern AI ecosystems: LLM frameworks, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, vector databases, cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong understanding ofsoftware engineering best practices , DevOps/MLOps, and security in AI systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
