This opportunity is with one of our client leading inbusiness consulting and global sourcing advisory firmthat helps organizations set up and scaleGlobal Capability Centers (GCCs)Senior consultant - Legal (UK Shift 1pm to 10pm) Hyderabad Employee Type Full Time Experience Range 8 - 10 Years Reporting to : Legal Head Education : LLB / LLM No. of Days working -5Job Duties and Responsibilities Primary (what they do 90% of the time) Drafting, structuring and reviewing a broad range of commercial contracts (such as Master Services Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Business Alliance Partner Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, Letter of Engagements, Statement of Work, Data Transfer Agreement etc.) Contract negotiations with both internal business teams and clients (across multiple jurisdictions) - Assisting with RFI/RFP responses and opportunities for the company – leading the commercial contracting – commercial licensing Providing advice to internal stakeholders on various contractual positions and corporate policies by assessing the risk and proposing appropriate mitigations Collaborate with various internal stakeholders for addressing contractual requirements/queries Support with standardizing processes and templates for efficient and effective delivery of legal support Assist with dispute resolution relating to commercial contracts. Support advisory requirement on data privacy and intellectual property matters. Cross functional tool implementation support - real estate negotiations and contract Assist various regulatory compliance initiatives – licenses/certifications/registrations with various authorities Conducting relevant knowledge sharing sessions for the team and internal stakeholders. Advising on various risk management strategies, cross-border legal issues and coordinating with external counsels. Ring of new joiners and junior members of the legal team.Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement:Good communication, drafting and research skills. Good domain knowledge (including understanding of Commercial and Data Privacy laws, regulatory matters/compliance, usage of compliance tools, reporting. High cognitive ability and ability to conduct effective negotiations. Analytical ability to tap and integrate all relevant data and to quantify all risk elements. Ability to represent (internally and externally) the best interests of the organization. Ability to identify customer/stakeholder needs and provide inputs for solutions, whilst adhering to company policies.
