Job Title: Associate Lawyer (Indian Litigation & US Estate Planning)Location: Hyderabad, IndiaExperience: 0-2 years in litigationFirm: Ramana Reddy LawRamana Reddy Law, a law firm based in Hyderabad specializing in Commercial Litigation, is expanding its practice to include US Estate Planning. We are looking to hire a driven and detail-oriented new graduate who wants to build expertise in both Indian litigation and US estate planning.This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Ramana Reddy, a seasoned litigation lawyer in India who is also licensed to practice law in New York, USA and Texas, USA.What You’ll Do:Indian Litigation Work:Work on civil and commercial cases across Trial Courts in Hyderabad.Handle legal heir and succession cases, including filing succession certificates and legal heir certificates in Trial Courts across the city.Draft pleadings, appear before Arbitral Tribunals and Commercial Courts, and assist in legal strategy.Handle contract disputes, land disputes, tenancy matters, and other civil litigation cases.Brainstorm legal aspects of multiple cases with Ramana personally.Conduct legal research, draft petitions, and assist in hearings.US Estate Planning Work:Assist in the drafting of Wills, Living Wills, and other estate planning documents for US-based clients (primarily Indian-Americans).Conduct legal research on US estate laws and state-specific estate planning requirements.Review estate planning templates and assist in preparing client deliverables.Work on client communications and help streamline processes for a virtual law practice.Who You Are:Based in Hyderabad and looking for hands-on litigation experience.A new graduate eager to build a career in litigation and international legal work.Exceptional English communication skills (non-negotiable).Strong research and drafting skills with an attention to detail.Comfortable working on Indian legal matters while also learning the fundamentals of US estate planning.Open to mentorship and guidance directly from Ramana Reddy.A strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.How It Works:At RR Law, you won’t be another junior associate working in isolation—you will be mentored directly by Ramana Reddy.Every project will begin with a detailed briefing session where expectations and objectives are clearly outlined.You will work on Indian litigation cases while also getting exposure to US estate planning work.Regular check-ins and feedback sessions will ensure that you grow into a confident and competent lawyer.This is an in-person role in Hyderabad with the possibility of remote work on US estate planning matters as the practice expands.What We Offer:Hands-on experience in commercial litigation and succession cases.A structured learning environment to gain exposure to US estate planning.1-on-1 mentorship from a senior lawyer with experience in both Indian and US legal systems.The opportunity to be part of a growing cross-border legal practice.Interested candidates can share their CVs at [email protected] out our YouTube channel: Ramana Reddy Law (India) Namaste Wills (USA)
