Legal Associate / Advocate

A boutique Law Firm specializing in dispute resolution, real estate, direct taxation, and corporate advisory is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Lawyers to support its expanding operations in Hyderabad. Position 1: Role: Legal Associate PQE Requirement: 0-2 years of post-qualification experience. Position 2: Role: Legal Associate PQE Requirement: 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. Minimum Qualification: ·    Graduate Law Degree (3 Years / 5 Years) ·    Prior litigation experience before High Courts, Civil Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT or other subject-specific Tribunals (for Position 2). ·    Prior experience in the field of Real Estate, Commercial Arbitrations and Civil Litigation is preferred. Key Responsibilities: ·    Handle litigation matters in a fast-paced environment before the High Court(s) & Other Forum(s) including Tribunals ·    Drafting litigation filings/opinions etc., conduct research, and communicate effectively ·    Collaborate across practice areas: dispute resolution, taxation, real estate, and corporate advisory ·    Adapt to office workflows, client interactions, and court coordination.
