Lead and guide the team to achieve performance goals. Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decision-making, and take ownership of team-level decisions. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements and stakeholder feedback. Develop and maintain process documentation to promote clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA CO, including Product Costing, Material Ledger, Margin Analysis, Multiple Valuation, and EBRR. Solid accounting and Controlling knowledge with hands-on experience in end-to-end Product Costing and Margin Analysis processes. Experience supporting project kick-off and requirements gathering activities. Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Skilled in process mapping and creating clear, structured documentation. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies to support timely and successful project delivery.
