Role Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Business Central Lead with strong expertise in manufacturing, finance, and warehouse modules. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution design, lead offshore delivery, and ensure robust environment and release management practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Act as the offshore lead, managing delivery, timelines, and team coordination Own end-to-end architecture across Manufacturing, Finance, and Warehouse modules Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and system design Manage environment strategy (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod) and deployments Drive branching strategy, version control, and release management processes Support integrations with external systems (ERP, CRM, third-party tools) Troubleshoot complex issues and provide production support when requiredSkill & Qualification: 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV, with strong hands-on development and solutioning expertise Deep functional and technical knowledge across Manufacturing, Finance, and Warehouse modules, with the ability to design scalable, end-to-end solutions Proven experience in leading offshore teams, driving delivery, and owning architecture for complex Business Central implementations Strong proficiency in AL development, extensions, customization, and overall Business Central architecture Solid experience in managing multiple environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production), including deployment strategies and governance Expertise in branching strategies, version control, and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps and Git Hands-on experience in integrating Business Central with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues across modules Strong understanding of system performance optimization, code quality standards, and best practices Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
