Job Title: Senior SAP GRC & Security Consultant Experience Level:10+ Years Location:Hyderabad Company:ToggleNow Apply Here:Apply Link Immediate Joiners PreferredRole Overview ToggleNow is seeking a highly experiencedSenior SAP Security & GRC Consultantwith 10+ years of expertise to lead SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control implementation projects, includingBrownfield S/4HANA conversion programs .Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Security & GRC Access Control for ECC / S/4HANA systems. Drive security activities during Brownfield S/4HANA conversions, including role redesign and remediation. Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into robust security role designs. Design and build roles in PFCG (single, derived, composite) with organizational structuring. Configure and implement SAP GRC modules:ARA, ARM, EAM (Firefighter), BRM . Deploy and configure SAP GRC AC embedded in S/4HANA. Conduct SoD analysis, risk identification, mitigation control design, and remediation. Review, customize, and validate rulesets for accurate risk analysis and reporting. Configure MSMP workflows and BRF+ rules for access request management. Troubleshoot authorizations using SU53, ST01, SUIM and support functional teams during testing. Deliver across all project phases: Blueprint, Realization, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare. Prepare audit-ready documentation (role matrix, SoD reports, firefighter process docs). Coordinate with Basis, functional teams, auditors, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance.Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security (ECC / S/4HANA). Expertise in SAP GRC Access Control 10.x / 12.x. Proven track record in Brownfield S/4HANA conversion projects. Deep knowledge of ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM modules. Experience in configuring GRC AC embedded in S/4HANA. Solid understanding of SoD concepts, access governance, and risk management. Strong role design, build, and testing support experience. Excellent troubleshooting skills and communication abilities.Preferred Qualifications Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Security and SAP Fiori Security (Catalogs, Groups, Spaces). Experience in GRC ruleset updates, access review processes, and compliance reporting.
