The NOC Analyst will monitor and maintain network systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operations of all network operations center (NOC) activities. Responsibilities include providing technical support, addressing system incidents, and maintaining computer network operations to meet business needs efficiently.Qualifications Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) processes and protocols Strong skills in Network Administration and Computer Network Operations Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently Strong background in providing Technical Support services Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Excellent communication and analytical skills Familiarity with IT infrastructure in a professional capacity; certifications such as CCNA are a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
