We guide customers from what’s now to what’s next by unlocking the value of their data and applications to solve their digital challenges, achieving outcomes that benefit both business and society.· Job Title: SAP ABAP MRS Technical consultant· Location: Pan India· Experience: 8 years· Notice Period:- Immediate joiners.JD:JD for SAP ABAP MRS technical consultantAn SAP MRS (Multi-Resource Scheduling) developer is responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining the SAP MRS module, which is designed to optimize the scheduling of resources (personnel, equipment, and tools) across various SAP modules, including SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Service (CS), and Project System (PS).Core Responsibilities of an SAP MRS Developer:Solution Design & Configuration: Analyzing business processes to configure SAP MRS settings, such as resource planning methods, algorithms, and scheduling boards in SPRO.Integration Support: Integrating MRS with SAP HR (for personnel qualifications/absences), PM/CS (for service orders), and PS (for project network activities).Development (ABAP): Enhancing standard MRS functionality, developing custom reports, and working with Web Dynpro or Fiori applications to create custom interfaces for planners.Planning Board Management: Configuring the Web-based or SAP GUI-based planning board for drag-and-drop scheduling, including time allocation, demand splits, and capacity views.Technical Troubleshooting: Debugging and resolving issues related to resource scheduling, optimizer strategies, and data consistency in the MRS system.Optimization: Utilizing MRS to optimize resource assignments based on criteria like skill sets, location, and availability to increase productivity and reduce idle time.Setting up the Scheduler Workplace and Web-based Gantt charts.Configuring Automatic Planning (qualification matching).Setting up HR Mini Master data for MRS.Configuring GIS connectivity for route planning.Knowledge of S4HANAHands on Experience in SAP Eclipse-ADT, Web ide Tools.Expertise in HANA Studio , HANA ,SAP HANA Modeling.Expertise in AMDP-ABAP managed Database Procedure and CDS (Core Data Service) viewsExpertise in OData Services.
