Partnering with organizations across diverse industries, Infiniti is committed to service excellence through preventive maintenance and achieving 100% uptime.Experience: 10-15 yearsQualification: BE/ B.Tech - Electronics & communications or Electrical EngineeringRole OverviewThe Electronic Security Systems Technical Manager will be responsible for leading the design validation, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of large-scale electronic security systems projects. The role requires deep technical expertise across CCTV, Video Management Systems (VMS), Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems, and Physical Security Systems such as flap barriers and turnstiles, with hands-on leadership experience in complex enterprise and mission-critical environments.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Commissioning- Lead end-to-end testing, commissioning, and system integration of electronic security systems. - Act as the primary technical authority for CCTV, VMS, Access Control, Intrusion, and Physical Security systems. - Ensure systems are commissioned as per approved designs, specifications, OEM standards, and client requirements. - Resolve complex technical issues during installation and commissioning stages.CCTV & Video Management Systems (VMS)- Hands-on commissioning experience: - Tyco Security (Exacq / Victor) - Milestone VMS - Genetec Security Center - Bosch Video Systems - Axis Communications (Cameras & Camera Configuration) - Camera selection, placement validation, bandwidth calculation, storage sizing, and failover design. - Integration of VMS with Access Control, Intrusion, and third-party systems.Access Control Systems (ACS)- Strong commissioning and troubleshooting experience: - CCURE 9000 - Lenel (OnGuard) - Honeywell Pro-Watch - Genetec Access Control - HID Readers & Controllers - Configuration of controllers, readers, credentials, door hardware, and advanced access logic. - Integration with elevators, parking systems, visitor management, and HR systems.Intrusion Detection & Perimeter Security- Commissioning and testing of intrusion alarm systems, sensors, panels, and monitoring interfaces. - Integration of intrusion systems with VMS and ACS platforms.Physical Security Systems- Deployment and commissioning of: - Flap Barriers - Full-Height Turnstiles - Tripod Turnstiles & Speed Gates - Interface configuration with Access Control systems for secure and reliable operation.Project & Team Management- Lead and mentor commissioning engineers and site technical teams. - Coordinate with project managers, OEMs, system integrators, and client stakeholders. - Review method statements, test procedures, and commissioning checklists. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.Documentation & Handover- Review and approve: - As-built drawings - Test reports & commissioning certificates - O&M manuals and training documentation - Conduct system demonstrations and technical training for client teams. - Support final handover and project close-out activities.Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills- Expert-level knowledge of CCTV, VMS, Access Control, Intrusion, and Physical Security systems. - Strong understanding of IP networking, VLANs, PoE, switches, firewalls, and cybersecurity basics. - Experience with system integrations using APIs, SDKs, and middleware platforms. - Ability to read and interpret security drawings, schematics, and network diagrams.Soft Skills- Strong leadership and decision-making capability. - Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure.Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage)- OEM certifications from Genetec, Milestone, Lenel, CCURE, Bosch, Axis, HID, Honeywell. - Networking certifications (CCNA or equivalent). - Project Management certifications are a plus.Ideal Candidate Profile- 10–15 years of progressive experience in electronic security systems commissioning and delivery. - Proven track record of managing large enterprise, commercial, infrastructure, or data center security projects. - Strong OEM coordination and client-facing experience. - Willingness to travel across project sites as required.-
