Role: SAP Concur (CIP)Location: PAN India LTIMindree (Hybrid)Job type: FulltimeClient: LTIMindtreeRequired Skills:SAP Concur Expense ManagementRoles and ResponsibilitiesExpense Management Oversight Manage and oversee the endtoend expense management process ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsSupport the Business in implementation and configuration of SAP Concur Expense Management solutions including system setup integration and customization to meet business needsPolicy Development Develop and enforce expense policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organizationTraining and Support Provide training and support to employees on SAP Concur usage expense reporting and reimbursement processes Create user guides and training materials as neededData Analysis and Reporting Utilize SAP Concur reporting tools to analyse expense data identify trends and provide insights to senior management for decision makingAudit and Compliance Conduct regular audits of expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies Address any discrepancies or issues promptlyContinuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the expense management system Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement enhancementsVendor Management Manage relationships with SAP Concur and other relevant vendors to ensure optimal performance and supportQualificationsEducation Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field A masters degree is a plusExperience Minimum of 5 years of experience in expense management finance or accounting with at least 2 years of experience specifically with SAP Concur Expense Management solutionsTechnical Skills Proficiency in SAP Concur Expense Management including system configuration reporting and integration with other financial systems Strong Excel skills are requiredAnalytical Skills Ability to analyze complex data sets identify trends and provide actionable insights Experience with data visualization tools is a plusCommunication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical Experience with other SAP modules and integration pointsKnowledge of global expense management practices and regulationsCertification in SAP Concur Expense Management CIP or related areasExperience in a multinational corporate environment
