Job Description:

The HR Technology team is responsible for transforming Human Resources with science, technology, and human intelligence. Our team builds state-of-the-art technology solutions to create a frictionless experience for our associates, through a seamless digital journey.We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the operations and continuous improvement of our HR Products. Your expertise and critical thinking in analyzing business requirements and knowledge will be critical in driving projects ensuring successful delivery against our business objectives. Job Summary: Primarily responsible for identifying the needs of various HR Business Processes, analyzing complex data and implementing system solutions. Also responsible for design and implement integration (inbound & outbound) interfaces with other HR Applications like Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, HR Data Layers and Identify Management systems etc.Interacts with technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as internal and external vendors and support groups to ensure optimal system functionality and user experience, as well as testing of application releases and upgrades. Key Responsibilities: Work with functional & technical teams leading projects solving complex business problems and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).Spearhead the support of HR information systems and integrations.Work with HR stakeholders to gather requirements to meet business needs and provide effective HR solutions.Set high standards for yourself and strive to excel and understand the various operations across HR Applications and HR Business Processes.Proactive and takes initiative to gather information, investigate gaps / issues, identify potential solutions, and present to both Business and IT stakeholders.Excellent negotiation, influencing, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.Test new customizations, functional updates/fixes and/or new features including writing test plans, managing testing processes, and/or documenting results.Ability to manage change effectively while being mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications.Deep understanding of technical concepts, troubleshoot technical problems and manage multiple projects.Be willing to learn about existing (legacy) IT platforms as well as new market offerings. Qualifications:Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science/Engineering disciplineOverall, 8-10 years of IT experienceMinimum 5-7 years of technical or business analyst roles working on HCM ProductsProven experience in implementation, technical analysis, software development, system design, and troubleshootingStrong understanding of software development lifecyclesStrong understanding of SQL conceptsSelf-motivated with Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsBusiness Analyst or Product Management certification is a plusLocation:Hyderabad, India
