Workday Developer

We are seeking an experienced Workday Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Workday, with a proven track record of successful implementations and enhancements. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday modules, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business success.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for Workday implementations and enhancements.Design, configure, and test Workday solutions to meet business needs and ensure alignment with best practices.Provide techno-functional support for Workday modules including core HCM, Payroll, Reporting, Time Tracking, and Recruiting.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, functional specifications, and process flows.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday functionality and integrations.Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.Stay updated with Workday releases and assess their impact on existing configurations and processes.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Workday techno-functional roles, with a strong understanding of Workday modules and functionality.Proficiency in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Integrations, with hands-on experience in configuration and reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Report Writer for custom reporting and data extraction.Knowledge of Workday security model and role-based access management.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Certifications in Workday HCM, Payroll, or Integration are highly desirable.
