The role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and third-party integrations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Salesforce development and cross-functional collaboration, who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.What You’ll Do:Support engineering projects by developing software solutions, conducting tests and inspections, and preparing reports and calculationsDevelop a full software stack independently; understand system protocols, dependencies, and data flowsPresent improvement proposals to management and influence architectural decisionsParticipate in technical discussions and present concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersLearn continuously, create technical content, and coach othersMentor other engineers and help drive technical decisions across functional teamsDesign and implement improvements using new frameworks and technologiesConduct investigative problem-solving for complex and non-routine technical issuesWhat You’ll Bring:4-7 years of experience in Salesforce developmentBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web ComponentsHands-on experience with Salesforce Industry CPQExperience with Aura Bundles, RESTful APIs, SOAP integrationsStrong debugging and performance tuning skillsSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP and functional programmingExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environmentsOpenness to learning new tools and technologiesMust Have Skills:Salesforce CRM, Vlocity /OmniStudio, CPQ, order management, data modeling, Apex, LWC
