Role SummaryPeople Tech Group is looking for a seasoned Senior MDM Specialist with strong expertise in Reltio to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Master Data Management solutions to ensure data quality, governance, and integration across enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities- Design and implement MDM solutions using Reltio for critical data domains. - Configure and customize Reltio workflows, match/merge rules, and survivorship logic. - Collaborate with business and IT teams to define data governance policies and standards. - Perform data modeling, data integration, and data quality management. - Develop and maintain API integrations and cloud-based MDM solutions. - Monitor and optimize MDM performance, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management and Data Governance. - Good hands-on experience with Reltio MDM platform. - Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data quality tools. - Experience with API integration, REST services, and cloud environments. - Knowledge of data stewardship processes and governance frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Location: Hyderabad
