Provide examples of his contribution in solution.Managed onsite and offshore teamsVarious order management scenarios which are predominantly using in typical life sciences domain or etcIntercompany sales and STO which are typically using in export and import processesIntegration with other modules like MM and FIInterfaces with other third-party application like Tibco, WebMethods, GXS, and Autosys (batch job systems)Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and verification of basic data elements and user exits.IDOC knowledge and expertise of both inbound and outbound.Good-to-HaveManaged Onsite and offshore modulesGood Understanding of SAP System Landscape and integration between SAP modules.Comprehensive Experience of Impact and gap analysis & Corrective action plans to support critical business issues.Knowledge of Change Control processes, testing and release documentationUsage of testing and support tools like HPQC ALM, Remedy and SAP Solution Manager – CHARM or its equivalent supporting toolsCollaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous improvement on servicesAbility to deliver high profile activities to tight timescalesCapable of taking ownership of tasks from beginning to end
