Technical Project Manager/Engineering Manager(Banking Domain Exp is must) Experience Required: 12+ years Location: Hyderabad About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager cum Engineering Manager to lead complex, enterprise-grade technology programs across cloud, full-stack development, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a dual-role requiring deep technical expertise in backend and frontend technologies , combined with strong program governance, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and driving innovation through modern technology stacks and Agile practices. Key Responsibilities: Engineering Leadership Architect and oversee development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core, Java, React/Angular, Web APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases Lead cloud-native application development and migration on Azure/AWS , leveraging services like AKS, App Services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines Drive adoption of DevSecOps , microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization , and security best practices Program & Project Management Lead multi-million-dollar programs with full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and quality Implement Agile/SAFe methodologies across distributed teams; facilitate PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and release planning Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and DORA metrics to drive delivery excellence Manage risk, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and change control in regulated environments (BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance) People & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (30+ engineers) across geographies Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement Collaborate with product owners, architects, and C-level stakeholders to align technology with business goals Drive talent development , performance management, and succession planning Must-Have Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in software engineering and technical project/program management Proven track record in .NET/Java full-stack development , cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) , and Agile delivery Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and API management Hands-on experience in leading large-scale digital transformation and cloud migration programs and experienced on fixed bid projects Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills Preferred Certifications: PMP , SAFe Agilist , or equivalent Agile certifications Microsoft Azure or AWS Cloud Certifications Generative AI or AI/ML exposure (preferred but not mandatory)
