Role Summary The IT Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that highlight IT project achievements, milestones, and successes. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and creative storytelling to ensure that communications—whether via email, presentations, or internal campaigns—are clear, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Email Communications - Draft and distribute high-impact emails that celebrate IT project achievements, team successes, and strategic milestones. - Collaborate with project managers and delivery leads to gather accurate and timely updates. - Ensure messaging is tailored for diverse audiences including executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Presentation Development - Create visually compelling presentations that showcase project milestones, KPIs, and success stories. - Translate technical content into digestible formats for non-technical audiences. - Support leadership in preparing decks for town halls, client briefings, and internal reviews.
