Job Title: Oracle ICM Analyst Hours: Full time (40-hours per week) Location : Remote work (Ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad, with an office targeted to open there in the future) Reports to: Managing Consultant – Commercial Performance Applications We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Oracle ICM Analyst to support and optimize our Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle ICM applications, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of commissions and incentive payments.
