This role supports the execution of core insurance operations, including policy administration, claims processing, and premium reconciliation. The Supervisor will oversee estimate calculations in partnership with vendors and actuaries, monitor compliance indicators, and support internal control testing. This position reports to the Manager Accounting Operations (Insurance & Retirement) and manages a team of specialists, playing a key role in maintaining operational accuracy and alignment with enterprise procedures.The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, IndiaKey Responsibilities:Support execution of core insurance operations by assisting with policy administration, claims processing, and premium reconciliation activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise procedures and regulatory requirements.Oversees estimate calculations in collaboration with vendors and actuariesMonitor compliance and risk indicators by supporting internal control testing, exception tracking, and remediation efforts in partnership with audit and compliance teams.Manage a team of specialists, providing guidance and oversight to ensure accurate and timely execution of tasksDrive insurance operations process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows in partnership with Manager, Accounting Operations (Insurance & Retirement)Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field preferredCertifications such as CPCU are a plusMinimum of 3+ years of experience in insurance operations within a corporate or financial services environmentExperience managing teams and coordinating with third-party providersEnglish Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)Demonstrates analytical thinking and sound judgmentAdheres to compliance standards and supports governance frameworksCoaches and develops team members to achieve performance goalsDrives continuous improvement across operationsExecutes operational tasks with precision and consistency
