Test Lead - Life Insurance Domain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead with 7–9 years of hands-on experience in software testing and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading testing efforts across projects, ensuring quality delivery, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of testers, assigning tasks and balancing workloads effectively. - Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and testing progress. - Monitor and document new requirements and changes throughout the project lifecycle. - Coordinate with business users and stakeholders for inputs, reviews, and approvals. - Own and implement metrics measurement for quality assurance and performance tracking. - Prepare detailed reports on testing activities including test case coverage, defect status, and overall quality metrics. - Ensure strict adherence to established testing processes and standards. - Facilitate daily defect triage meetings and drive resolution. - Oversee team performance, provide guidance, and ensure timely delivery of testing goals.Qualifications:- 7–9 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role. - Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. - Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
